Come party in the art gallery and bid on local art to fill your space! Swing into Spring is the Durham Art Guild’s annual party bursting with creative expression and celebration of the arts. Enjoy local entertainment and refreshments and place your bids on unique items celebrating local artists and the best of the Bull City.

Some Answers to Potential Questions with a lot more info coming:

Location: We are moving to a new location! If you’re familiar with our DAG Golden Belt Gallery and Studios, the party will be in the grand hallway outside of that gallery! New bigger space with great wifi to help you bid on all the art and packages!

Entertainment: ArtPost will be leading an art table and we will be featuring several local artists at the event.

Food and Drink: Delicious bites and beverages will be available throughout the event provided by M Sushi, Monuts, Alimentari and several other of our favorite restaurants around Durham.

Dress: Get a little fancy for this one! We’re celebrating the change of season so wear your best floral prints and colorful spring attire.

Timing: The event kicks off at 6pm and ends at 9:30pm. The auctions close at 8:30pm.

Parking: Golden Belt has free surface lot parking all around the building.

Check-In: Once you arrive in the building, head to our Check-In table for all event information. If you purchased a ticket, your name is on our guest list – no printed ticket required.

The Durham Art Guild is celebrating 77 years in 2025! 77 years of engaging the community in art, creating opportunities for artists, exhibiting regional artwork, and providing educational and professional growth around the arts. With your help we have a goal to raise additional funds to grow our Artist in Residency program, create more entrepreneurship and networking workshops for artists, and expand our educational programming for youth artists in the Triangle.
