Watch Them Jump

DAG Presents: Watch Them Jump by Chris Facey. Watch Them Jump is a collection of photographs that explores and celebrates the connection between double dutch and black girlhood. This exhibition intends to show how double dutch is a major part of helping young black girls gain high self-esteem, self-confidence, and most importantly, self-identification in a world that often denies their existence. These images of gravity-defying jumps and joy are only a part of the vastly diverse world of black girlhood.

Exhibition Dates: June 2nd- July 24th, 2022

Free and open to the public Monday- Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm, and Sunday 12 pm – 6 pm.

Join us for the Third Friday Receptions on June 17th and July 15th from 6 -9 pm.
